Notice my calendar events every other tuesday…Set a calendar alert every two weeks (or whatever) to remind yourself to improve your mouse tracking speed. The two weeks gives you enough time to become accumulated to the new mouse speed. I started around the mid point and I’m almost to the fastest. Once I get to the fastest that doesn’t mean I have to stop getting faster…check out this tip about editing your globalsettings file, or you can do it in Terminal. What this allows me to do is edit faster, moving from one side of the screen to another with just the flick of a wrist, it especially helps if you’re using multiple monitors. If you find yourself lifting up your mouse at all it’s too slow, and that’s way too much effort. Increase your speed two weeks at a time and become even more awesome. If I was a programmer I’d make an app that does this automatically, if you are one or know one hit me up, lets market this thing.
